At the risk of being called snarky...

So this guy got caught shoplifting... but was released without charge when he offered this defense: "Sure, it's illegal, but look at all the great stuff I got!"

Wait! No! I got that wrong...

It wasn't shoplifting... He got caught torturing prisoners! Guess that defense works for war crimes.

Wasn't he the same guy who was criticizing liberals for situational morality?

With all do respect as a human being, it was that same "torture" as you call it that gathered some very useful information that has kept you, me and ALL Americans safe for 8 years! War, my fiend, is hell - they cut off American heads -you can't compare those tactics! President Obama's lame attempt at comparing Winston Churchill (which was factually inaccurate) was embarrasing!

Ah, you make my point for me.

Obviously, you think that preventing a terrorist attack justifies war crimes. I disagree.

Also, the claim that any attacks were prevented by water boarding is turning out to be pretty absurd. The reason we train our at risk soldiers to resist water boarding is because it results in FALSE confession which are useful propaganda but useless as intelligence.
